Terms of use

Purpose of this website

The Maître des Clés website presents automotive locksmith services, service areas, pricing and special-offer information, articles and videos. You can contact us by telephone, email or the form when available.

Availability and service areas

City pages and the map describe mobile service areas, not multiple physical locations. The single location shown on the map is at 10545 Av. de l’Archevêque, Montréal QC H1H 3A1. The map is schematic.

Availability at your address, travel, vehicle compatibility and service arrangements must be confirmed directly with our team. Listing an area in the menu does not guarantee immediate service.

Enquiries and communications

Submitting a form or email is not a booking or confirmation of service. Call us for urgent needs. If the form displays an error, do not assume the message was delivered.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Do not submit sensitive information that is unnecessary for your enquiry. The website does not accept online payments.

Prices and special offers

Read displayed prices and offers together with their conditions, exclusions and compatibility criteria. Confirm the price for your vehicle, travel and programming charges, taxes and offer validity with our team before authorizing service.

Articles, videos and use of content

Articles and videos provide general information and do not replace an assessment of your vehicle. Avoid actions that could compromise your safety or damage the vehicle.

Text, images, trademarks and other website elements belong to their respective rights holders. Viewing the website does not transfer intellectual property rights. Some images are illustrations and do not necessarily depict our team, vehicles or an actual service visit.

Responsible use

Do not use the website to send unlawful, misleading or abusive messages, spam or malicious code. Do not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass security or access information without authorization.

External links and website availability

External services linked from this site, including social networks and YouTube, have their own terms and privacy policies. Their content and availability may change.

The website may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons. Contact us directly if you cannot find the information you need or a feature is unavailable.

Applicable rights and changes

These terms concern website use and do not replace arrangements for a service agreed with Maître des Clés. They do not limit rights granted by applicable Québec and Canadian law.

We may update these terms as the website evolves. The update date appears at the top of this page.
